Avoid this company and any of its local partners. We registered and paid for a stand at an event, which was relocated with little notice and ultimately cancelled just a day before. Communication was almost non-existent, emails went unanswered, the organization was poor, and we received no refunds. Do not place your trust in this group.
I've made several requests for a refund for my ticket to the canceled Dallas show, but I haven't received anything. There's been no communication explaining the situation either. Based on some reviews I've seen, it seems like this company might be heading toward bankruptcy. I advise others to be cautious with their money and avoid sending more if they've already done so.

I purchased VIP lifetime passes, with the promise I could attend the upcoming show in Philadelphia in December. Yet, the listing vanished from the website 10 days before the event with no notice of cancellation. I checked the Philadelphia Expo Center's website, and the show was still listed, but later marked as canceled. I can only speculate how many others were misled into buying tickets, just as I was deceived into purchasing a VIP lifetime pass that I will never use again. It's a scam.

The show at the Sacramento venue does not exist, yet they continue to advertise and sell tickets. I requested a refund for not receiving a ticket and got no response. I had to dispute the charge with my bank. This feels like a scam. Be cautious. I will not attend another cat show due to this experience. This is not legitimate. DO NOT PURCHASE TICKETS HERE; THERE IS NO SHOW IN SACRAMENTO, YET THEY CONTINUE TO SELL TICKETS.
If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. This is a complete scam. I am still waiting for my refund for the Belfast show. The provided email address is no longer valid, and there seems to be no way to communicate with them. It's appalling.
I have attended two events in Philadelphia and enjoyed both. Unfortunately, the third event was cancelled, but I emailed them for a refund, which I received without issue. I'm uncertain about the negative reviews, as my experience was positive. The cancellation was due to another event happening simultaneously, which I understand, and I received ample notice of the cancellation along with my refund. I would still attend again.
