Very Poor Customer Service

I decided to place a large order to take advantage of next day delivery and ordered on a Thursday morning where it said I had 4 hours to order for free next day delivery. When Monday arrived and no order I emailed them but got no answer. Finally on Tuesday Afternoon I received the item 5 days after ordering and not the FREE 24HR delivery promised. Also still no reply to my email.

Got ripped off with the £11.00 delivery charge. Did not come next day as advertised. Sent x 2 emails asking for refund but they don’t now want to know me. Avoid avoid avoid !!!! My order 1817120
