This organisation is knowingly duping innocent members of the public into taking out unwanted subscriptions, by placing pop-up banners during Apple Pay transactions for other goods or services, which means you inadvertently pay them.Firstly they take a small inconsequential amount from your bank, then take out a much larger amount under 12 hours later, which they then claim was a monthly subscription, the purchaser agreed to. When you try to claim a refund, they say they will cancel your subscription, regardless that you never authorised, wanted or agreed to . They then claim they can't refund your funds, as its part way through your first months subscription. My suggestion is to pursue the refund.Their account of your agreeing to a subscription are completely contrary to the actual events, attempting to make themselves appear legitimate.Eventually they claim they will refund you, but the refund will take up to 50 days. I am still fighting for my refund, even though this is evidently fraudulent. A truly audacious, despicable scam, this is not a legitimate business. Their UK telephone number is never answered in the hope of frustrating the caller, making the process of a refund frustrating for the target, who will eventually give up in attempting to recover lost funds.BEWARE OF LEARNMARKT!!!!!!
