If it were possible to give more than 5 stars, I would happily do so! My grandmother and I needed help getting home from the hospital, and without this service, we would have been stranded. The driver of our minibus was incredibly kind and attentive, always checking in on us to ensure we were warm and comfortable during the ride. He was patient and went above and beyond to assist us. We highly recommend this service and will definitely use it again if necessary! A huge thank you from both of us to the wonderful driver! Keep up the fantastic work and stay cheerful. My experience at the airport was terrible; I felt stranded and it was quite frightening. The taxi service arrived an hour late, and the drivers were rude and unreliable. They need to be replaced as the service is dangerous and not dependable. Significant changes are necessary.
I would definitely recommend this service to anyone. The staff have been incredibly helpful and considerate regarding my needs. The driver was kind and professional—nothing was too much trouble. The vehicle was impeccably clean. While a standard taxi would have taken me to the hospital, this service delivered me directly to the department, collected me after my appointment, and took me home. As an electric wheelchair user, I appreciate that all their vehicles are wheelchair accessible. This is the best service for disabled passengers in the area and is definitely suitable for all elderly and disabled individuals!
