Review Time
The tracking information this company provided to me indicated that the item I ordered was being held at my local post office waiting for pick up. I spoke to the postmaster this morning, and they informed me that it’s being held there because I need to pay the shipping cost ($7.70) before it will be released. This order was paid for in full on November 20. No shipping cost was owed. The postmaster stated that this is becoming a very common scam in order for the companies to make more money - the company puts a fraud something-or-other on the item stating that shipping is owed in an attempt to collect shipping costs twice. That’s how those crappy companies like Temu and Shein are able to sell things at crazy low prices. This scam is also being carried out on sites like eBay. Luckily, I was able to get an immediate refund from my bank.
Tl;dr: AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL
