This is a total scam. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE. They advertised a buy 2 get 1 free promotion on social media, and I foolishly fell for it. I received the cheap lamps, one worked for a day and the other was defective. The promised free lamp never arrived. When I complained via email, they told me I had to return the items and fill out a lot of paperwork, all while needing the original packaging, which I no longer had, and pay for return shipping. I feel scammed and will never impulsively buy again without checking the company first.
I am so sorry that I did not read these reviews before purchasing from this site. I have experienced the same issue in that the product was cheap for the price paid and I could tell before I even opened the packaging. I tried several times to ask for the returns address and after a few email exchanges where they kept making excuses about how busy they were and that "Due to the exceptionally high number of orders this month, our Returns Department is finalising daily authorisations in sequence. You will receive the official return address and shipping instructions within the next 24–48 hours", the return address never came. I tried to raise a dispute through my payment provider and apparently could not help me as the items were deemed as "delivered as described".I have totally lost my money here and have two plastic lamps that I don't want or need.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY and do not believe the website stating "90 day trial risk free" or that there is in fact any returns policy.I feel totally helpless and scammed and with no way to do anything about it.
Do not buy from this Company, glossy Insta ads that deliver Chinese made items of quality far below the price. Website is made to make appear UK based I would say but they are not. You also do not receive the free item and as others have advised the Returns process is made difficult resulting in most likely losing the product and your money. The various claims on the website - ‘90 Day Trial - Risk Free and 30 Day Return Policy - you can shop with complete confidence’ appear completely false. The EU website link is no longer valid and again expect this is smoke and mirrors. This should not be allowed under Trading Regualitons.
The products ordered are of a very poor quality vs the price charged, shipped from China, one address in the UK, return address in the US (of which the buyer needs to pay for).Customer service email bounced, had to find a sales email to complain about the product.Free product offered never came and was then told they were sold out but if I ordered more they would then include one. The lights are ones you could buy from B&Q or any low budget store with flashing lights.The 2 star is because I actually got the lights and they work (although the lighting is quite poor)
Stay far away from this company. This is without a doubt a fraudulent operation. Their website is a complete fabrication designed to mislead customers with false information, and the contact details provided are fake.The product I received was nothing like the description, and their so-called "refund policy" is a lie—it simply does not exist. This is not a legitimate business; it feels like a single scammer running a Gmail account rather than a professional company.Do not order from them. You will lose your money and receive nothing but frustration.
Fraudulent company do not use.After receiving my lamp, with no free lamp as promised, I found the quality to be poor and not as described. The company provides two email addresses one of which is not valid and the email returns. They do not provide a return address or have a return function on the website and therefore customers rely only on the company providing the detail, which they will not.After eventually contacting them I received email after email stating due to high demand over Black Friday and their 10th Anniversary it would take time to get a response regarding a return. I have received no information and have lodged a complaint to the credit card company and Citizens Advice (Trading Standards).
