I bought a pair Adidas shoes from Brand for less in November 2025, and gifted it to my sister in December 2025. I just came to my sister's home now in February. I found the shose I bought for sister is already torn wide open after few times of using. I informed Adidas, they told this shoes has 2 years of warranty. I could inform BFL for return or compensation. So, I informed BFL and they refused to do any rectification and they just offered 10% off for next purchase. I got so angry because I got so embarrassed in front of my sister, and my money was just wasted like that. I swear I will never ever buy anythings from BFL.
The worst customer experience ever. I was expecting an item to be shipped. I called the customer service several times and each time they promised that they will take action and will monitor my order. Someone even told me that it is out for delivery and will be available the same day or early next day. The following day, since there is no update, I called the customer service again and now they are saying that she didn’t know where the parcel is and it needed to be investigated. This is so disappointing and frustrating since this was not the first time this happened.
The worst experience shopping in the store. I was insulted by one of the store keeper. I complained at the same time to his manager and left a complaint note at the same time in their book. Took a screenshot and sent it to The Sr. Management for action. Received complaint No. and was promised a call from them. Despite many follow ups nothing happened, never received their call. They mock customers and disregard their experiences. I believe This must be their culture. Also, beware the materials mentioned on website don't match reality. What is mentioned "leather" is more often than not polyurethane or generally synthetic leather. The quality of items are also questionable. Last time I tried shoes, the entire sole 'ame out of one of the shoe!
A really poor experience, especially when the mistake was small and you called immediately. A customer service team should at least try to help or explain options properly, not just shut down.After placing my order, I immediately realized that I had not updated the pickup location. I contacted customer service right away to request a simple change from Al Wahda branch to WTC branch. Unfortunately, the agent refused outright and stated that no changes could be made.I explained that what if I am based in Dubai and that the order was mistakenly placed for Abu Dhabi. The only solution given to me was to cancel the order and place a new one. No effort was made to assist further, suggest alternatives, or even note the concern in the system.What was most disappointing was the lack of empathy and support. A customer service representative should aim to help customers, especially when the issue is reported immediately. Instead, I was left with no option but to travel to al Wahda to pick up the item myself, resulting in an additional taxi expense of AED 30—far more than the AED 13 delivery fee I was trying to save.This experience defeats the purpose of having a customer service team. Simply advising customers to cancel and reorder without offering real assistance is not customer support.I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve your service, as this experience has been extremely frustrating and inconvenient.
I purchased a black Tommy Jeans pair of trousers from Brand For Less.During the first wear, the fabric tore from the back side without any excessive force. The material behaves as if it is rotten or severely deteriorated. Wherever I touched or slightly pulled, the fabric continued to tear easily.This is clearly not a misuse issue or a size-related problem, but a serious fabric quality or manufacturing defect. A product from an international brand like Tommy Jeans is expected to meet basic durability standards, which this item clearly failed to meet.I contacted customer service, but unfortunately no solution was offered, and the issue was not resolved.I consider this product defective and unacceptable for sale, and I am requesting an appropriate resolution, such as a refund or replacement.
If there was a rating below 1, I would surely have used it. These people want to scam you on the pretext of your birth date by using the data they have to send you a birthday code that does not work. The whole purpose is to have you hooked and looking for things. In the end the birthday code does not work. When raised an issue through their app an agent will try to pacify you with short sweet one liners pretending to help you. Total boycott from my side. Don't fall for this please.
