Dire and challenging customer service

My first time ordering and whilst the products were of high quality, and this is not a criticism of the items, customer service is all completely AI bot controlled and absolutely dire! Trying to return items has been an absolute chore and would not recommend!

Love the Bras and Pants

Love the Bras and Pants , I have bought a few sets now. Got my second order today Recycling fabrics = 😊 I would really love to see a balconette style bra (or just a regular shape) as they do all seem to be a very similar shape with a triangle that's quite high which is fine but you really couldn't wear one of these bras with say a stringy strappy vest top or something.There was one particular day when I noticed the lace cup was a bit itchy but it's only a slight mention. The cost isn't too bad if they are sale items but I've read on other reviews they don't refund you but give a credit note if you return items so Ile keep this in mind if I order again ! Im usually a 36C cup so I've been ordering the 36 A - C maybe is it ? And these have fit perfectly! I love the Colours ! So different than other brands !

Comfy bras, AI customer service

Their bras as super comfortable and cute, and I love that their nude bralettes have different shades.Customer service is an automated AI message, which just delays communication in my opinion. They did re-send a parcel that was lost, so they do try to solve the issue if you speak with a human.I ordered two nude bras in different shades that were supposedly the same size, but one was clearly smaller than the other. Their labels indicated the same size, so one was clearly mislabelled. I contacted customer support, but only received an automated AI message telling me that the sizes should be correct.Sizing: I followed the sizing guide on the website, but the bras were too big, so I would recommend going a size down.I am also not a fan of sale items not being eligible for refunds, but I understand they have their reasons to do so. I would appreciate a more obvious reminder when checking out, because although I noticed their notice on the sale bra, I completely forgot by the time I checked out.

I get a set delivered once every 3 months on subscription. The set is always a pleasant surprise, and I've not received a set i didn't like. They are so comfortable and the fit is lovely. Well done Lemonade dolls
