One of my dreams as a fat woman was to wear beautiful matching underwear in gorgeous colours. Now as a slimmer woman - I can, with Lemonade Dolls!! What gorgeous bras with lovely material & swift delivery. Can safely say this is my new favourite underwear! Marks and who?? 🤣🤣Liz H
Bought a set which was beautiful, looks great on and the knickers ate a great fit, however the bra is not. Its fine if im stood upright and still but if I bend over my boobs fall out, it doesnt feel like there's enough material to hold my boobs in. If I walk my boobs spill out and running even to keep up with the kids is a no no. I bought a size 36 a-c as im a 36b. Gutted because they are beautiful bras to look at.
Ordered for the first time, received my goods which feel like great quality but unfortunately it’s not for me so trying to return. Emailed company on Saturday with a picture showing I can’t access the return portal. Got an AI reply. Instructed to reply questing a live agent. Not heard anything since and I’ve emailed now twice! Not impressed at all for my first experience. Please if someone can contact me so I can return my items.
Update: after an initial awful experience, I had great customer support from Roisin and now have a refund. I ordered an item after seeing a Facebook ad. The item was ridiculously small and clearly an incorrect size. I immediately tried to return but the online process does not allow for refunds even well within the 14 day return period. THIS IS ILLEGAL. Zero customer support and no help with returns at all. I have emailed and used the online bot chat and also Facebook messaging on their page. The returns portal does not work and only allows for exchange for another item or different size or a store credit. The portal does not allow for human customer service even when it repeatedly says it will. After multiple emails and messages I still have no response. There is no phone number and they ignore mails and messages. I have an item which was delivered late and I now fear that time will run out before they respond. AVOID ORDERING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
I had to write about the incredible customer support I received from this company when my package got lost by the Spanish mailing system (no fault of Lemonade Dolls or myself)Roisin and Bee were such speedy communicators and were overall lovely to deal with. There was no problem in sending out the package again where I know other (and bigger) companies wouldn't have offered the same kindness with an external shipping issue.I received the bras over Christmas and I love them. They look unreal and are really comfortable to wear. Thanks a mil! x
This year has been a nightmare for me as I've really struggled with painful and poorly fitting bras, so I was so pleased to find Lemonade Dolls, with non wired bras that also provided support and in fuller cup sizes. Unfortunately having ordered and worn two bras from the fuller cup collection, I'm now on the hunt again!On the positive, the website was super easy to navigate and the order process was simple and quick. Delivery was also speedy. The bralettes I ordered were both gorgeous (signature lace synergy in forest green and the wicked elphaba) and had sturdy straps and bands. When I tried them on I felt pretty glamorous however that was the end of my positive experience. Unfortunately when wearing them under clothes I found that I had no shape whatsoever - the bralettes flattened me down and that there was significant over spill in the cups. I just haven't been able to get comfortable in them and felt very conscious of looking so flat. Beautiful bralettes but unfortunately not for me. I wear a 32G and am a size 14. I ordered the 32FF/G.
Im afraid i have to agree with others giving only one star. With all the colorful adverts and the promises of comfort the reality is zero customer support and no help with returns.Purchased two items have to return one and the ‘portal’ does work , gives vague info and puts you through to a Bot who cannot read or give further info and does not forward to a human even when it repeatedly says it will. So after 20 mails and messages ! Still no reply to the issue and no human contact just more and more adverts and offers. Not sure how this company thinks they are so great as it cannot help customers at a basic level there is no phone number and they flatly ignore mails and messages. They are simply not ready to be selling on the scale they are- So i will not be able to continue shopping with them now and giving them MASSIVE FAIL !To date no replies no help ! Id give them a miss unless you know exactly your size and fit because they wont help if you have any problem. Ridiculously bad !
The bra is comfortable and the material is super soft, but sadly the boobs keep falling out no matter the adjustments I make to the straps and the hooks in the back. I’ve bought was I thought was my normal size based on the bras I have and that are also wireless, but it didn’t work for me. Sadly I can’t return because I had to open it and try it to know if it was a good fit or not. I’d like to try another size but I’m not sure if the same will happen
