My experience with LENDDIRECT located in Newmarket ON ( 30 prospect St) was amazing. The lady that name is Maylin Cardoso Gonzalez is a Branch manager and spend lot of time for my file and she is really expert and polite. I am really happy with that branch.
Honestly I have had great experiences with this company. They are very helpful with answer questions. They give tips and suggestions for paying off you debt and getting done to pay less interest. There customer service is very patient.
The customer service provided by the head office has significant room for improvement. It is essential for them to establish better communication with their smaller branches to ascertain whether issues have been resolved, rather than directly contacting individuals and issuing threats regarding collections for missed payments. I have experienced this situation multiple times. However, I commend my local branch in Medicine Hat for their exceptional service; they consistently assist me effectively and enable me to move forward. Unfortunately, I am then subjected to harassment from personnel at the head office who fail to communicate with the local branch or adequately review account notes before making threats related to collections. It is imperative that improvements be made in this regard. Nonetheless, I would like to express my gratitude to my local branch in Medicine Hat for their outstanding support; they truly excel.
