Clothing was covered in bodily fluid splatter on the inside. I discovered it after trying it on and am very grossed out. Major health risk, I can’t wear it or resell it. In addition the thread for embroidery is industrial strength mixed with metal fibres, it scratches the skin. The clothing was also sown very poorly and was a different colour to the advertisement. Emailed Lenni the photos of the stained clothing, they ignored my emails asking for help.

I’ve wanted one of the dusters for years and they finally went on sale (still >$100 each!) so I bought 2 because I didn’t know how the blue would look with black for a wedding. Black was only in M so I got that plus blue in L. The sleeve cuffs are amazing and the style is great but the execution and material is so bad. It’s about $30 worth of poorly moveable material and it just isn’t cut right at all. On my blue one the whole right length just curls up and inwards because the material is so light. It should be sewn into a heavier, softer material to meet the quality standard. The cut across the front drapes is poor too, meaning the shoulders just slide off on both sizes. The shoulder seams seem in the wrong place for both sizes unless you’re a size 6 and it can swim on you. Overall just super disappointed for something I’ve wanted for so long and it was such a letdown. Especially knowing it’s not just one, but TWO of the same product not even meeting a basic mark. Really disappointed 😢.
I was beyond delighted with my first beautiful garment. The piece was chosen for a very special occasion & I was overwhelmed with the genuine complements I received from all ages of women the entire day. The gorgeous dress held such a special energy, felt stunning on the skin & body & the details of the design was exquisite. This is the type of garment that would be special to hand down to another generation. It was such a pleasure to experience this stunning label.
Been shopping with Lenni since they started and have so many treasures I still wear to this day! Beautiful customer service, so friendly and personal. Products are 10/10 quality and super bonus for me as a tall girl is that the pants are all the perfect length! Lots of memories at festivals, weddings and beyond wearing my Lenni 🌟
I have bought so many items from this label & the product is so head turning & showstopping i end up buying the same suits in all the different colours available & as soon as they drop. Yes, the pants do need a lining but when an outfit has this much SWAGGER who cares. We have a preloved clothing store & we cant get out hands on enough of LENNI THE LABEL as the sell through rate is that high.The reviews under this very much sound like customers who HAVE WORN THE PRODUCT & REMOVED THE TAG and you honestly don't think the label isn't aware of this fact. Also, what company/brand/label in the world redunds sale items. NOONE! I immediately bought the same items in a smaller size (as I was worried these rockstar items would sell out (because they do) via my savings account & then learnt Lennis refund policy. When I contacted Lenni & explained my situation they happily & immediately refunded me. This was probably due to the fact I had a creditable story & wasn't TRYING TO SCAM A COMPANY BY HAVING A HISSY FIT WHEN I DONT GET WHAT I WANT. FOOD FOR THOUGHT GIRLS
This place does send clothes but their return policy and customer service is non existent. As soon as I received 2 different orders, when i tried to send some things back that were in the window from time or receiving and not marked down prices; their webpage just gives problems and makes it impossible to return things. i reached out several times with my order numbers and on return or follow up. this place is shady and i would stay clear of their marked up prices bc you can't return anything though their website says you can. Super unprofessional
