Unbelievably good experience with TTT. I was interested in the Porsche Design watches and wanted to know more about them pre-purchase. Mendy answered all of my questions, it's very apparent that they care what they do. Not just flipping, but really attentive for the customer. This may sound over-the-board glowing, but I'm a real human, with real wrists, and now a real watch. Not being paid to review, or some AI bozo. Watch was received in perfect condition, shipped fast, and great communication pre and during sale. The only post sale communication I've had is to buy another (last one, I swear), but item was received great, wears great. Zero complaints.It's honestly nice to deal with people who care about what they do. Thanks Mendy/TTT for putting up with my questions and just being awesome. You are appreciated.
I purchased a watch from TTT initially on eBay, after they offered me a great price on a very nice watch. The watch was sent to me quickly, and arrived undamaged. The watch itself was great, but it wasn't for me. I didn't care for the color or size, so I reached out about a return, and interest in a different watch. I was contacted by Mendy who was very helpful and polite. She gave me no issues at all about the return, and gave clear instructions on how she needed it sent. I then went ahead and bought the other watch, which also arrived in perfect condition. This watch ended up being exactly what I wanted, and the price was great as well. Overall, I'm very pleased with my experience here and I would certainly recommend doing business with TTT.
