Massive disappointment

I was purchasing the look including gem cut around edge of glasses. That was why I liked them. I did not recieve gem cut on my glasses. In addition. I would expect SOME uv protection There appears to be NONE as my eyes are sensitive and hurt with the slightest sunglare.
