The customer service representative was polite, responsive, and knowledgeable. My only concern was that I didn't receive an immediate order confirmation email; it came only after the prescription eyeglasses were filled and ready for shipping. However, the order was completed much faster than I anticipated. Excellent glasses, great price, and outstanding customer service.
Service was good once made direct phone contact with representative at Lensandluxe. Could not connect with online service for updates on order. Order did take longer than expected for delivery, however, the customer service representative was very helpful once I made phone contact.
Poor service first order got cancelled and no one notified me and got no response back Then I tried to order another product and unfortunately had to return it but followed the correct process and no one responded so it’s essentially forcing me to keep the product when they have a return guarantee. I love the selection of products but. I was a first time customer from Hawaii and that was what initially made me purchase something .
