I ordered a stunning watch with a sun that is meant to change color from sunrise to sunset. The design is beautiful, and I love the concept of the changing sun color. However, the sun takes far too long to change—definitely not aligned with a 24-hour cycle. While that's a minor concern, the major problem is that it doesn't keep accurate time! I find myself adjusting it constantly throughout the week as it slows down. That's not ideal for a watch! I even replaced the battery after a month, but the issue persists. I've never been a fan of certain brands known for their watches, even if they were popular in the past. If it weren't for its unique style, I probably wouldn't have purchased it. I give it 2 stars for style, but zero for functionality.
Extremely low quality. The watch was returned in its original condition and never worn. The return was denied based on images of a different watch, and no refund was issued. AVOID THIS PRODUCT! TERRIBLE SUPPORT AND QUALITY. COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY!
Many thanks to the team for their assistance. I bought a watch a while ago, and after several issues, it stopped working. I was informed that I could exchange it for a new one. Although the desired model was discontinued, they managed to locate one at another store and arranged for it to be sent to my preferred location.
I am very disappointed with the customer service. After multiple attempts to reach out, I finally spoke to someone who instructed me to collect my online order from a specific store. Upon arrival, the staff were unaware of my order. This lack of professionalism and organization caused significant inconvenience, especially since it was for an urgent gift. A frustrating experience.
My partner purchased a watch for me as a holiday accessory. I expected a pink and pale blue design, but received a pure white watch instead. I believe this misrepresentation violates consumer rights. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, I was advised to return it. This feels like false advertising.

It arrived with a plastic buckle, which is surprising considering the original strap was of better quality. The price does not justify the poor quality, which is shocking.

Despite offering to pay for repairs, I was informed there was nothing they could do since it had been over two years. It seems that many watches may not last longer than that. Very disappointing quality. AVOID.
