From the moment of purchase its been a great experience. Communication was great and fast free shipping. Got the bike and assembled it in less than an hour. No issues at all. The bike exceeds what my expectations were of it. It's very powerful and my kid loves it!
The price point is unmatched for the performance! I traded in my Tuttio 48v for an Aipas 60v and couldn’t be happier. The battery last just as long, but more power on tap. The digital display is much better, and suspension is great. While this bike is a little smaller than the Tuttio, it doesn’t bother me and I am at 69” in height. Highly recommend this bike over the competition!
Shipping was fast considering its two dirt bikes. I was impressed with the speed and torque. I wish the top speed and torque could be a lot less on mode 1. I bought these for my kids and it’s a lot of bike for them. The throttle could be built with only the inside being able to twist. My kids have accidentally twisted the throttle and sent them and their bikes flying. Overall I’m happy with the purchase.
we received our bike in a timely fashion just as it was scheduled to. the customer service was top tier and always responded promptly. the headlight arrived damaged and they responded quickly and immediately sent out a replacement.as for the bike my son loves it and is a great value for the quality and performace
