I bought 2 pens with 2 engravements. I got 1 pen with both engravements together and a pen without. I wrote 2 emails and I didn't get any response. I sincerely hope the worst for this company for such a horrible customer care and a product of such low quality
I had a very poor experience with customer service. I ordered a journal expected to arrive in 7 days, but after 21 days, I couldn't reach anyone for help. I had to dispute the charge and cancel my order. It took three weeks to finally speak with customer service, only to learn that nothing had shipped in January.

I ordered three items on December 9th. I received the pen holder just before Christmas, the pencil two weeks later, and I am still waiting for the planner. I've requested a refund four times, receiving only one response stating that I would receive the planner in early February. I am still trying to get a refund. Very poor customer service - I do not recommend ordering from this company.

They offered various colors instead of black, which I do not want. I requested a refund but was asked to fill out a form with my credit card info, which I felt was insecure. In the end, I received an alternative item, but I regretted not canceling my order sooner. I will not be returning.
Despite having a product warranty, the company does not support customers with broken items. When the pencil mechanism stopped working, they initially offered troubleshooting, but after my follow-up, they stopped responding. I was a loyal fan, but due to their customer service, I will no longer purchase from them.
I've used their notepads for years and wanted to order some new ones. I considered a customized notepad earlier but decided against it due to the price.
