I bought 2 pens with 2 engravements. I got 1 pen with both engravements together and a pen without. I wrote 2 emails and I didn't get any response. I sincerely hope the worst for this company for such a horrible customer care and a product of such low quality

Unacceptable customer service experience

I had a very poor experience with customer service. I ordered a journal expected to arrive in 7 days, but after 21 days, I couldn't reach anyone for help. I had to dispute the charge and cancel my order. It took three weeks to finally speak with customer service, only to learn that nothing had shipped in January.

Unresponsive customer service, highly disappointing.

Extremely poor customer service. I ordered a journal, which was promised for delivery in 7 days. After 21 days, I still couldn't reach customer service, leading me to dispute the charge with my credit card and request a cancellation. After three weeks, I finally managed to speak with customer service, only to discover that nothing had been shipped in January.

Disappointing customer service experience

I ordered three items on December 9th. I received the pen holder just before Christmas, the pencil two weeks later, and I am still waiting for the planner. I've requested a refund four times, receiving only one response stating that I would receive the planner in early February. I am still trying to get a refund. Very poor customer service - I do not recommend ordering from this company.

Out of stock items and frustrating service

This review pertains to a company that has repeatedly run out of basic items due to poor sales forecasting. My order for a planner was acknowledged, but after weeks of no updates, I contacted customer service, only to be told the item was out of stock despite it showing as available when I ordered. They offered various colors instead of black, which I do not want. I requested a refund but was asked to fill out a form with my credit card info, which I felt was insecure. In the end, I received an alternative item, but I regretted not canceling my order sooner. I will not be returning.

Warranty support lacking

Despite having a product warranty, the company does not support customers with broken items. When the pencil mechanism stopped working, they initially offered troubleshooting, but after my follow-up, they stopped responding. I was a loyal fan, but due to their customer service, I will no longer purchase from them.

Frustrating order experience

I've used their notepads for years and wanted to order some new ones. I considered a customized notepad earlier but decided against it due to the price. When I finally placed an order, it reverted to the customized item I had previously looked at. I emailed immediately to cancel, but was told it was too late. I doubt they had even processed it yet. Disappointed with their customer service, and I've found cheaper options elsewhere, so I will be avoiding them in the future.

Disappointing product quality

I was extremely disappointed with both the pen quality and customer service. I purchased a pen expecting a premium experience, but it failed after just one page. The ink dried up immediately. Their products may look nice, but the quality does not justify the price. Without a receipt while traveling, I received no assistance for the faulty product. Their support team is polite but unhelpful. I do not recommend purchasing from this company.

Nonexistent customer service in Canada

The customer service here is terrible. My calls and emails go unanswered. At this point, I am unsure if I will ever receive my planner. I plan to return to a different brand in the future.

Poor communication and service

I had a horrible experience ordering from their website. I placed an order in November for a customized notebook, which was supposed to ship in 5-9 business days. After weeks with no updates, I emailed and called multiple times, but received no responses. Eventually, I did get an email with my tracking number, but I had to follow up repeatedly. Their email communication is severely lacking, and I would advise against ordering from their site.
