The prices are good for what you receive. Although the wait was a bit longer than I was told to expect.. the tracking information also wouldn’t update (which I don’t think was PlushShop’s fault really) so I couldn’t really determine a delivery date. It ended up taking over week to ship when I was told it would ship within 2-3 days.
Once I received the plush, I was pretty happy with it and still am. A few complaints though:
I bought the shadowmilkmeow plush, and when I got the plush, the collar was stretched out and would fall off his neck. I had to tie it in the back for it to stay up.
There also seems to be a gash in the collar fabric I’ve just found? That’s a bit disappointing..
All in all, for the price it’s okay. I think it’s really cute. But there were a few issues.
I received a tracking number, and after 20 days it indicated that it was out for delivery. That was 12 days ago, and it still hasn't arrived. I've been unable to get a response from anyone. When I attempted to leave a negative review on the platform, it automatically changed my rating to 5 stars, and I can't find a way to edit it.
I'm so happy to have finally received my plush! I absolutely adore it! This was the best order I've ever made! Although it took some time for my order to arrive, I was thrilled when it finally came! 🥰 This is an excellent platform for anime enthusiasts and those who have a favorite character. It's reliable and incredibly helpful!
I am genuinely pleased with my purchase. This was a character I had been eagerly wanting. He is among my top favorites from the show. The character is incredibly soft and cuddly. At 17 inches, he's perfect for hugging, and the embroidery quality is outstanding. The design captures the essence of the original character beautifully. He even came with sunglasses! I would definitely consider buying from this seller again. I'm absolutely delighted with my new friend.
The plushie arrived surprisingly quickly despite my location in Poland, where packages from America or other continents typically take longer. I received my plushie just a week after placing the order. It looks really cute and feels great to the touch. I enjoy cuddling with it occasionally.
I placed my order on December 4th and paid a significant amount for shipping, expecting it to arrive between December 5th and 10th. Now it's the 15th, and I doubt it will arrive in time for the important occasion. I reached out via email to inquire about the status, but all they offered was a free gift for a future order.

My daughter is thrilled with these plushies! They are incredibly soft, well-crafted, and look even more impressive in person. The material feels high-quality, and the details are exceptional. They arrived slightly wrinkled, but that's easily remedied and doesn't affect their overall charm. She adores them and hasn't let them go since. Highly recommended!
Although there was a delay in the arrival of my Shadowmilkmeow plush, the customer support team was incredibly helpful and patient when I inquired about the status of my order. As a gesture of goodwill, they even sent me a keychain version of the Shadowmilkmeow plush to apologize for the delay. I am pleased to have finally received my Shadowmilkmeow and look forward to the arrival of my other pending orders.
