Terrible experience. I canceled my order ,sent multiple emails, and still received the product.was still charged even after I was assured I wouldn't be.even forwarded my email back ...no response.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
The initial response from LG was that they needed the model number to provide the correct part for our washer. The model number was stated in the subject line of our email. Was the response AI generated?We responded promptly within a couple of hours to include same model number within the email body. It took another day for someone else to respond. Ines provided clear, complete recommendations to resolve our issue. This part of the response was 5 star Excellent!
The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because I’m still in the process of getting my issue sorted out. So far, everything has been awesome. Customer service has been super helpful and quick to respond. I’m still waiting to hear back from the “Claims” department, but fingers crossed it’ll be good news so I’m not stuck in this not-so-ideal situation.
