Worst experience ever. The return process is a nightmare. The only address provided was in China and would cost hundreds of dollars in shipping cost which the company said would be my responsibility. AVOID
Avoid, avoid, avoid. I ordered a polo neck muscle fit jumper in size XL. I am not size XL but ordered this as I could not find a size guide. The delivery was slow and the jumper was tiny when I tried it on. No way any way near a size XL. The stitching as so bad that the sleave ripped when I was taking it off. After emailing them for a refund they have yet to reply to me. I cannot believe that these kind of companies are allowed to rip off customers like this. I suppose because they are from the US they are allowed to.
Would not even give 1 star. I am raising athletes in the recruitment process and thought this company would be great. HORRIBLE, clothing is 4 sizes to small, itchy, and the fabric is not as described. Took 4 weeks to get here and would not assist in return and then only offering 20% should I pay to ship everything back.ALL ATHLETES DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
This company is a complete fraud. Do not waste your money on their products. They are nothing like advertised. Their return/refund process is completely in their hands, and they are not responding to my emails to do a refund. I would give this company a lower than a 1-star rating if I could.
