I ordered a bundle that included a footrest, but only the chair was delivered. I contacted customer support on November 25th about the missing footrest, but as of November 29th, I haven't received any response. I've emailed multiple times with no acknowledgment or attempt to resolve the issue. My order is incomplete, and the company has ignored my inquiries for over four days. This isn't just a minor delay; it's a complete failure in customer service and order fulfillment.
Initially, I had high hopes for this chair, but mine arrived with a quality control issue. I reached out to customer support for assistance and was advised to adjust some screws, which helped a bit but didn't fully resolve the problem. After requesting a return, I struggled to get any response from support. It took five days to hear back, and the chat support was frustrating. Eventually, they started the return process, and once I received the return label, it went smoothly. I'm raising my rating from 1 star to 3 stars, hoping for better support in the future.
My order came in separate shipments — the footrest arrived first, which made me worry. After inquiring, I learned it was just shipped separately. A few days later, the chair arrived with a clear assembly guide. Setting it up was easy! It's so comfortable that I even gave up my sofa for watching movies!
While the agent who assisted me was professional, my issue lies with the company itself. I ordered a chair and stool for a special occasion, but only the stool arrived. The company claimed my order was fully delivered, which was incorrect. When I reached out, I was told the chair was out of stock, and there was no urgency or goodwill shown regarding my situation. This was supposed to be a special day for my daughter, and their handling of the situation is unacceptable. I deeply regret not choosing a more reliable option.

While it initially had a minor issue with the gas lift, Haley from customer service stepped in and got everything sorted quickly. The chair is now fully functional. It sits well, and the leg pedestal is decent—though I’d prefer a bit more cushioning. Time will tell how it holds up with daily use.Given the comfort and the relatively minor tweaks needed to get it working properly, I’m updating my rating to 4 stars for now. I appreciate the resolution and hope the support experience continues to improve.
