This is my second creation with the company, and the quality and detail are truly impressive. The jacket came out exactly as I pictured it. The entire process and communication regarding progress were exceptional. While I don't need more letterman jackets right now, I'm certain I will engage the company for another masterpiece in the future!
My jacket arrived with several typos in the embroidery, including significant misspellings of common words. The tracking information indicates it was outsourced, which may explain the errors. While the overall product quality is good, I expected better for the price I paid.
I am still waiting for my delivery. After reading more reviews, I see there are significant issues with delivery times, and I should have considered other options. I received confirmation that it would take four weeks for delivery, which would have been perfect for last week, just before Christmas. I proactively reached out for updates and was reassured it would arrive on time. However, days passed without tracking information, and when I followed up again, I received a generic response. With the holiday approaching next week, I'm worried it won't arrive, and I'll need to find an alternative gift. Very disappointing customer service and communication.

I paid an extra fee for rush shipping, but it took nearly two weeks longer than expected, causing my son to receive his Christmas gift after the holiday. When I contacted customer support, I wasn't offered even a partial refund for the shipping. Additionally, the lettering on the back of the jacket is uneven.
