I placed an order on 11/7 with a delivery date of 11/12. On 11/20, I was informed of an insufficient address, leading to a return. I called on 11/25, and the first representative was unhelpful, incorrectly claiming I had entered my address wrong. After escalating, I was told a manager would call back within 24-48 hours, but that never happened. I called again and another representative corrected a zip code mistake and promised my order would ship soon. However, I received no confirmation. On 12/8, I found out it hadn't shipped, and my credit card was denied due to a fraud alert. I canceled my order. I advise against doing business with this company; this was my second negative experience, and their customer service is severely lacking, especially regarding shipping.

AVOID THIS PLACE FOR BRA PURCHASES! It’s crucial to try on bras to check the fit. I thought the bra I ordered would fit, but I couldn't tell until trying it on. They refused to credit me for a $45 bra because I didn’t return the packing. Nowhere did it state that the packing was necessary for a refund. No credit was issued, and they kept the returned bra!
Can I give it zero stars? This company and its products have been nothing but a headache. Sizes are inconsistent, and the service is terrible, including the management. Their phone lines are off during supposed business hours. I’ve sent numerous messages without any acknowledgment. RUN AWAY!
If I could leave zero stars, I would. I’ve been a customer for over 10 years. I have a large chest, and this was one of the few places with reasonable prices and a good selection. Recently, the coupon codes never work, even when they should. I received an email for an additional 20% off, but the code was invalid. After emailing customer service, I was told they had no such promotion. I provided evidence that my items qualified, but I was dismissed. The representative was rude and unhelpful. This feels like a bait-and-switch scheme. I will be reporting them.
I’ve had the worst experiences with this company, so be cautious! Their website often malfunctions, and customer service is lacking. I ordered two nightgowns; one arrived, but I was charged for both. After a month, I emailed for an update on the missing item and learned it was unavailable, but they never notified me and didn’t refund my card. I checked their website, and the item was still listed as available. Very poor service overall. I eventually received a refund for the second gown.
I’ve experienced the worst customer service. I ordered something in late August, and as of October 10, I still don’t have it. I can’t get a straight answer on when it will arrive and am struggling to get a refund without timely responses.
The checkout process was so complicated that I had to get a new credit card number. It was a confusing experience with transactions that may or may not have gone through. Customer service does not respond to emails, and when I do reach someone, they are rude.
I’ve been trying to get a refund for 6 weeks now. The customer service is nonexistent; they can’t provide me with a receipt showing the date, time, or amount of my refunds along with my credit card info. I even filed a police report for fraud and a complaint with the attorney general's office. If I could give negative stars, I would. Avoid this company.
