I bought both MS Office 2024 and MS Project from their website. Ran into a compatibility problem. They got back to me fast and offer to help via remote control, sat with me through a 2-hour long session of diagnosis, installing and uninstalling to get them both to work. I ordered Microsoft Office 2021 Professional Plus for online activation. The download was almost instant, and I started the install a few minutes later. Unfortunately, I kept having an issue with the install as I was unable to completely uninstall all traces of Office365 that came preinstalled on my computer. I contacted support and got an immediate fantastic response from Sam who got me up and running after a short session on AnyDesk. Very satisfied.
Downloaded Office 2024 without any problems but I could not find the icon to open it and proceed further. Sam was a great help and provided simple instructions - everything worked great. I realised later that full instructions were on line but I am not sufficiently computer literate to follow them through!
