I found the setup process quite challenging at first, but once I reached the right customer service team, everything became easy. I'm not a computer expert, so they kindly installed the program remotely via AnyDesk with my permission. Their support was professional, patient, and very helpful. MS Office activation key only worked for a few days and was deactivated. smells like fraud.Update: The Support team responded fairly quickly and corrected the issue. this was really good and shows that it was not fraud. However, a communication I received requested that I update my review and actually included a line threatening legal action as an option if I don't update citing potential damage to their company. Unnecessary

Never received product key. Total scam, do not trust them plus they are based in London which incurred foreign transaction fee on your credit card. I should have performed better research before purchasing, no way to dispute change via credit card company. Update 7/11/25: Received product key from Licengo support. The website using "Link" is definitely broken as it will not send the key automatically. You will need to contact Licengo support separately.
