It was my first time at the lice Squad clinic in Brampton. From the moment we entered Karen made us feel so comfortable . My kids felt like they were at home not scared and chatting and playing away. The whole overall experience was wonderful. i had been going thru lice since Oct with the kids and i just couldn't get rid of it even after doing two home treatments from the pharmacy. I said enough is enough Lice Squad here we come !!!Hope this will be the end of it now for awhile . Jodie was very helpful with answering all my questions and booking me a quick appointment.Thank you :)

Great Service,extremely knowledgeable and very friendly host. Went as a group of 5 and we’re done in under 2 hours for everybody. No lice was left and found out lots of helpful information on future lice treatment and how to avoid getting it anytime soon.
Many many thanks to Saleema at the Lice Squad Etobicoke for helping us to get rid of the lice. She was so patient with my girls and I, explaining everything carefully, and in as much detail as I needed. I had tried valiantly on my own, but it is such a frustrating process, I would definitely recommend the whole family going for the 2 visits to ensure complete removal. And I would recommend the Etobicoke location for her friendly, helpful customer service.
My kids got head lice and I was given advice to go to a clinic but didn't take it. Having a background health sciences I thought I could take care of it using drugstore recommend products, a little home research, and lots of effort. Poor decision. After a week of wasted efforts, time and money, I admitted defeat. Lice resistance to drugstore products is very high. The adults in our case survived three treatments using 2 different products at home. And the hours of combing completely killed my work week. I threw in the towel and we all went to the clinic and were free of this arachnid species by the evening. The owners and staff are true professionals and have a gentle, efficient way with children. My advice to parents in the Etobicoke area who's kids get lice. Get professional help from this clinic. I could have made it so much easier on my kids and myself if had gone there first.
Great staff The staff at Lice Squad were very friendly and knowledgeable. We got an appointment the next day. They screened the whole family and they taught us all about how to diagnose and prevent lice and were great at putting my kids at ease. They made this stressful time easier. Thank you lice squad.
