Despite numerous follow-ups and emails, I have neither received the products nor any meaningful updates. Every attempt to resolve the situation has been ignored. This ordeal has resulted in significant financial loss and disruption to my business. I am now pursuing formal disputes, refund claims, and legal action due to their unprofessionalism and lack of accountability. I strongly recommend others to exercise extreme caution before engaging in any transactions with this service.

This is our 5th review for this company. We are trying to get our shipment or the refund of $14,000+ we paid six months ago.We have sent FNSKU and labels four times in the format they requested. But we have not received any acknowledgment or shipment confirmation.They sometimes respond on Trustpilot, but only to discredit the complainant.We want to ask the company not to destroy small businesses by luring them into paying large sums and then not shipping the ordered items.Please ship our items or refund. I placed an order with Genepro in early August (Order #74852G4), and their finance department confirmed payment on August 21st.The FNSKU labels were generated promptly, but shipping labels were delayed due to poor communication between their warehouse and sales departments.After two months of follow-ups regarding the pending documents and order status, we were finally told that the shipment couldn’t be processed because of missing shipping labels. We sent those labels on October 3rd, yet we still haven’t received any update on our order status, expected delivery date, or tracking information.The continued radio silence from their team despite multiple follow-ups feels deceitful and unprofessional.I strongly advise other Amazon sellers to exercise caution when dealing with Genepro. Hopefully, they respond soon and ship the products we’ve already paid for.Update (18 Nov)To date, we have not received any update from Genepro regarding the status of our inventory. Their representative, Trisha, responded to only one of the many emails we sent and agreed to the November 14th deadline, yet we’ve had no correspondence since.On top of that, their CEO, Brian Parks, sent a “Final Legal Demand for Payment” via email, despite their own finance department having already confirmed all payments and invoices as cleared back in August.The notice references a restocking fee, but no inventory has been shipped, nor have we received any communication about shipment.At this point, it appears to be a series of delay tactics from an unreliable company.Wholesalers and distributors should be extremely cautious when dealing with Genepro.
I subscribed October 15, 2024. No tracking number received by November 6, so emailed. Had to call them out on Facebook to get a response AND email another 4 times; they swore I’d receive my order by Thanksgiving week. No tracking number, no updates. I cancelled my subscription the day before Thanksgiving; and they refunded my money. Then they sent a text telling me they planned to charge my account again on 12/3; I emailed both the designated customer service rep AND generic customer service to say i had cancelled the subscription and don’t charge me. They charged me ANYWAY, and as expected, have shipped nothing nor responded to my emails. While on Facebook I found a post by someone saying their website was closed down due to lack of payment. They are still soliciting new business and running “sales” even as multiple customers are commenting on their Facebook posts and page saying they haven’t received product and cannot reach customer service. Stay away!!!The company wants clarification of my complaint. I read MULTIPLE complaints on Facebook, posted on their NEW posts promoting a NEW sale that, just like my experience, the money was taken from our accounts but we did not receive any product, nor could we get any response from geneprotein customer service. Then when several of us went to the website, IT WAS NO LONGER ACTIVE. So we had no way except Facebook to reach out and try together our money back with no guarantee of success. Geneprotein is still getting complaints about poor service (taking money, not shipping product and ignoring emails to customer service emails). Not sure how much more clear I can get. Because I called them out publicly on MULTIPLE POSTS for MULTIPLE DAYS IN A ROW, they finally responded to ME and refunded my money- but I ordered in OCTOBER and my problems were not resolved until after CHRISTMAS, and I had to threaten to involve my bank for a chargeback. Just because I was successful at getting my money back does not change my opinion of their company when many, MANY of their customers are STILL UNABLE TO GET THEIR MONEY BACK. This company remains trash and if I could rate them ZERO stars I would. **second edit**Geneprotein claims I’m not a “real customer”. I can provide copies of the emails sent, the receipt from my purchase, and the eventual correspondences with my credit card company. It’s sad that this company would try to claim that I am lying rather that FIX THEIR ISSUES. I find it highly amusing they say they have no record of my email, because they had no problem with it prior to me filing this complaint. Yall are just shady as heck. Your company is slimy and scammy and I hope more people complain here. If folks don’t believe me, they can feel free to check Facebook- unless they’ve been deleted (which they have been deleting negative comments), there are MANY consumers complaining. Some who were subscribed for months but now are not receiving product and cannot reach customer service. Fix your company and stop trying to lie.
