Lice Squad was quick to respond and and booked my son in that same day. Shanda made us feel comfortable in an already stressful situation. She was professional, thorough and great to talk to. She explained about all the aftercare and proper sanitization of our house. We did not see any signs when she was done. Thank you so much and I definitely recommend this company.
We had a rep in the Windsor Essex area come out. She was fantastic with my 2 year old. Shelley took the time to explain and go over everything that she was going to do. When she left there was nothing left behind. She was very thorough and professional. if needed again I will absolutely be calling! They were quick to respond and within an hour we had a time set up for a visit the same day! Thank you Lice Squad!
The treatment didn't work for me, unfortunately. I still felt lice moving and biting about 20 minutes after the lady left (it was an in-home appointment). My older child caught lice at school, I caught it from her, and my newborn caught it from me (sigh). I shaved my baby's head to get rid of the lice as I had no other choice. And because the treatment failed, I decided to shave my head too in order to protect my newborn from getting the lice again from me (as it was still in my hair). But now we're all lice free. Good riddance!However, I am sure the treatment works for others, according to other reviews.. So still give Lice Squad a try if you want.
UPDATE:The company responded and said they will look into fixing the disparity between the actual shipping and what is listed with their shipping partner. Hopefully this will allow them to have happy online ordering customers from now on! I previously wrote a review about lice squad on how they failed to treat my daughters hair. Which is true, but I got fully refunded and they apologized. Tina says they take complaints very seriously. Tina was very nice and very helpful through this experience.
Diane was very kind to help our 18 month old grand daughter. Her older sister came home with lice and while she visited our family it became apparent that she too had lice, being only 18 months we were very concerned about the harsh chemicals in OTC shampoos. Diane put us at ease and took care of the problem, then gave us enough information to handle the follow up treatment to ensure that everyone was clear.
