It is a cheap bit of plastic and the filters dont last at all. I foolishly bought this before reading independent reviews and now they are not refunding me, so the "risk free" advertising is TOTALLY FAKE!
They say they cant refund due to hygiene reasons, yet tell you to use the product for 30 days. THIS IS A SCAM. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY BECAUSE THEIR RISK FREE ADVERTISING IS FALSE. DO NOT PURCHASE.
Firstly the taste goes after a couple of hours what's taste there is. It says due to quitting the taste won't be as strong, but I quite vaping 3 weeks before hand. The tip your suck on is very rough poor design considering it's at the price point it is at. The positive is you do get some draw feel from it.
Strongly advise against purchasing this product. It's got a hefty price tag compared to some alternatives but the actual device that arrives looks, feels and works like it couldn't cost more than a couple of dollars to manufacture at most. It's made of cheap plastic and is essentially a straw. The flavors are barely noticeable and are also priced poorly. Personally I've never had a purchase arrive and leave me feeling more ripped off than this item.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This item is poorly made and not worth the price. You have to exert a lot of effort to get it to function, and even then, it fails to deliver. The flavored filter only lasted a couple of days. The delivery was extremely delayed, accompanied by an apology note for the lateness. This feels like a scam, and I regret not checking reviews before spending nearly $120 on something that should cost just a dollar.
I would rate this a zero if I could. As many have mentioned, it took three weeks to arrive. The quality is very poor. The flavors are unappealing and it feels more like inhaling air through a straw with a hint of flavor. I regret not researching this better, as I doubt I will use it, making it a waste of money on a low-quality product.

For £35, what you get is essentially a straw that provides a decent pull initially, but that effect faded after just one day. The flavors all seem similar, and it feels quite low-quality overall. I suppose I should have expected that given its origin. Additionally, the delivery took longer than anticipated, especially since I opted for express shipping. I would have been better off just using regular straws with some fruit at the end. I reached out to the support team for a refund but have yet to receive a response, which seems to be a common issue based on other reviews.
There are clearly many deceptive paid reviews, as this product approaches being a complete scam. The device is made from cheap, flimsy plastic that costs a fraction of what you're charged. The so-called special filters are merely tobacco filters soaked in the same liquid used in vapes. The device hardly functions; it’s not airtight since the low-quality plastic parts fail to create a proper seal, making it ineffective and unlikely to be used. Yet, they somehow manage to charge more than a vape, taking advantage of those looking to improve their lives and quit.
Even if I had purchased this from a discount store, I would still doubt its worth. This product is completely worthless, incredibly poor quality, and feels like a total scam. It's best to avoid spending money on this item... it's outrageous how this is allowed to be sold. You'd be better off with a plastic straw and a piece of candy stuck at the bottom.
