They required our phone number, and when they called, they demanded extensive personal details about the potential recipient, including age, health issues, duration of conditions, and living arrangements. They refused to provide a basic brochure with pricing until we disclosed that information. The salesperson was overly aggressive, continuously highlighting special pricing for the day. Even after we clarified that we were only seeking pricing information and would consult with the parent later, the conversation grew increasingly uncomfortable, leading us to end the call. They should not need health information before we commit or have further inquiries. This was a high-pressure sales tactic with no valuable information offered.
