Wrong VoltageI don't know if it works because I can't plug it in - it has, I think, an American plug (110-120V) and I'm in Australia (240V). Useless - I can buy a converter for Aus to USA but not the other way around!! They should NOT sell to Australia.
Damn - I wish I read these reviews beforehand. Got the steam cleaner and the thing broke after 5 minutes. It's only a pressurised kettle really, but the element blew after 1 use. No returns unless I want to pay the postage, but they offered 50% refund if I didn't want the cost of return. So I took the refund option (still waiting but it's only been 1 day). I'd steer well clear.
I clearly ordered the smallest amount of drill bits but when the order was processed they upgraded me to double the amount. I cancelled before it shipped only to get a notice that I was too late. They advertise on TikTok. Beware. Total scam.
I really can’t remember the social media platform I purchased this item from. They should be held liable for allowing a fraudulent company to advertise on their site. They will silence you for saying anything they deem wrong but will allow others to steal your money.
