Worst company i dealt with.
I've ordered a Cowboy bike back on 28th of November 2024 with a promised delivery date in Feb/Mar 2025. After waiting for several additional months and constant promises from customer support that my bike will be delivered soon, i still haven't received the bike i ordered.
So on 11th of August 2025 i've canceled my order, and according to the cancelation email and EU laws, i should have received my refund within 14 days.
Now it's February 2026 - and i still didn't get my money back. I've tried contacting CS several times, and they've been repeating the same thing over and over again: "we understand how frustrating that is, but your refund request will be handled soon".
So after almost 1,5 years of waiting i'm left without the bike nor the money. I've contacted Dutch small cases court to handle this issue, and hopefully it will get the things moving.
But if you ever think about buying a Cowboy bike - don't do that. Cause you will just loose your money. Cowboy will either ignore you or give you some ai-generated reply, while stealing your money.
I’ve had my Cowboy electric bike for 3 years and I’m still absolutely loving it. I ride it every single day to work — around 40 km round trip, and it hasn’t missed a beat.
The only thing I’ve had to replace are the brakes, which is completely expected after that kind of daily use. Otherwise, it’s been rock solid.
On top of that, it’s a beautiful, handsome bike — I get compliments all the time on how good it looks. Reliable, stylish, and a joy to ride.

Multiple issues with my Cowboy; customer service takes 14 days to respond. Parts have been ordered for 3 months with no delivery date in sight. (Bike is in warranty)
I would seriously recommend against purchasing this bike and look for alternative options
My bike was sold with a welding defect that led to a stop ride order in May 2025. The company is obligated to rectify it within a reasonable timeframe, yet they haven't proposed any timeline. All I receive are automated responses delaying the process. Their customer service is abysmal, and they refuse to refund a maintenance package I purchased despite the bike being unusable. Spare parts are nonexistent, and the CEO has resigned due to incompetence. I strongly recommend avoiding this company, as their reputation is reflected in these reviews.
I strongly advise against purchasing these bikes or the associated care package. It's been over six months, and they still haven't provided a proper service despite my payment for maintenance. My bike has become too unsafe to ride, and essential spare parts like brake pads are unavailable.
While my bike operates beautifully and I love my Cowboy 4, my experience with the maintenance service has been disappointing. I had arranged for regular upkeep at home, but now it's impossible to schedule an appointment for which I've already paid. They keep saying all slots are booked in my area for the next month, and this has been the case for three months.
I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service and quality of my bike, which cost me £2,400. After a battery failure, I had to purchase a new one for over £400. Due to supply issues, I've waited six months for the replacement with no updates. The company has ceased communication entirely, leaving me with a bike that has been unusable for eight months. They also admitted to a recall on my bike's frame but are prioritizing repairs based on usage, leaving my unsafe bike at the end of the line. This is far from a premium experience; it's poor customer service and a lack of support when issues arise. I regret this purchase and would not recommend this company.
