I have been using Lifestyle Sales Team in connection with my rental portfolio for many years and they have been fantastic.I have just started using their rental service so that is difficult to rate at this stage,
From their adaptability to let us view the property a couple of times in order to let us bring our kids along the second time, to their clarity over how to put on an offer and then navigate the purchase process, we feel that they aided our first time buying of a property helpfully.
We have a different situation to normal with a tenanted property whilst we are based overseas. The team at Lifestyle were well versed in the complexities of this, working with our property managers and tenants and keeping us up to date via email communication.
