We first used them 28 years ago when we bought our property, and we recently returned to them to handle the sale—something that says a lot in itself.From start to finish, the team have been excellent. This estate agents is only interested in your money! Communication is poor unless they are finacially motivated. Any work or maintanence we needed doing to the rental they were always slow to react and wouldn't do anything without persistent chasing up. Contract terms were frequently changed without much warning including fitting an topup electric meter we were never told how to use! Possesions I had kept in communal areas were also stolen by lifestyle's property management firm on 2 occasions! If you have a choice please do not use this estate agents we had nothing but trouble from them when renting!
