Our property has been managed by LifeStyle for almost 20 years. Our recent tenant left the place in a poor state but wanted his deposit returned almost in full. We had to go for arbitration but all the work was handled by LifeStyle. We had a lot of damages and the decision supported us awarding almost the limit of the deposit. This was due to the clear prep work done by the team led by Derek Hewlett. The arbitration judgement specifically stated where we were awarded the amounts and what had led to the decision.
