I have used Lighting Direct quite a few times to provide me with good quality products and keen pricing. I am an electrician and need to have a reliable supplier to support me in providing a great experience for my clients. I would recommend Lighting Direct to anyone who is looking for a good, reliable supplier, quality products, good prices and quick deliveries.
We have had no problems with Lighting Direct, however our heart sinks when we found out that Evri were delivering. Every item we have had delivered by them is never delivered on time and we receive messages saying they cannot find us or we were not in (when we were!). Never have this problem with other delivery companies. Item has not yet arrived.
Extremely disappointed with the express service. I was given the option to get my lights the next day by purchasing express delivery for £5.99 - that was 4 days ago and still no lights! The service is so slow I’ve received lights from alternative companies within this period on standard delivery. Tried calling lights direct and DX as I needed them Tuesday, but due to the high volume of calls, I was given an option to leave a message! Unfortunately I can’t comment on the quality of the lights, but it’s a poor service as I haven’t got what I paid for and can’t speak to anyone to discuss this further! I’d like a refund as this service hadn’t been provided.
I ordered a 3 light spotlight chrome bathroom light from Lighting Direct.Everything was delivered extremely quickly.Everything was packed very well.The light is wonderful and really enhances the bathroom. The light is bright and stylish.The light was also extremely good value.I would have no hesitation is recommending this light and buying lights from Lighting Direct.
