GREAT STAFF HELP GETTING ORDER THROUGH.

HAD GREAT TROUBLE GETTING THE ORDER ACCEPTED BUT IT WAS MORE TO DO WITH THE NEW CARD SECURITY I BELIEVE. WITH GREAT HELP FROM YOUR STAFF, ORDER AT LAST GOT THROUGH AND I RECEIVED EMAIL CONFIRMATION. EVEN MORE IMPRESSED WHEN I RECEIVED GOODS @ 11 O'CLOCK NEXT MORNING I AM STILL NOT SURE IF THE CARD PAYMENT GOT THROUGH BUT I AM SURE YOU WILL TELL ME IF NOT!!! ELECTRICIAN WILL BE FITTING LIGHTS ON TUESDAY SO I WILL LET YOU KNOW HIS OPINION, MEANWHILE I CHECKED PACKAGING AND THEY LOOK FINE .

The service was outstanding

The service was outstanding. I ordered bayonet lampc on a sunday afternoon. It was very easy to place an order online. Although i did not request next day delivery, the order was delivered next morning. The item was just what what I wanted and I would use this company again.Very good.

Disappointed

The website and journey was fine but the product I bought hasn't lived up to expectations. Firstly the bulbs were not available as a 10 pack so had to buy individually at a higher price which was odd as they were in stock but not as a one pack. Secondly the bulbs are very dull and even at night are not very bright.

Lamentable after sales service

Bought a Lucide Claire lamp which, although working well initially, failed Nov 2021, after less than three years. the fault lay in the sensor switch. I contacted the retailer but they would not repair or replace the lamp, stating that 3 years was a 'reasonable'expectation. I disagree. I also received no reply from the manufacturers so I shall repair it myself by grafting on a standalone PIR unit, rather than throwing this lamp away. It's a shame that the after sales care seems nonexistent. Caveat emptor.
