Friendly service but incompetent

Friendly service but incompetent. Chased my order on more than one occasion. Very slow in getting back to me. And then didn't have any idea what other people in their team had done. Turns out they refunded me but never bothered to tell me. Meanwhile I'm chasing for delivery. Have given up, never going to get the lights I ordered.
