a bit disappointed with aftersales customer service.

a bit disappointed, bought 6 set of garden solar light(24pc) but end up with 6pc faulty. sent back refunded, but been told have to order again and pay for the postage. which means faulty is kinda my fault, so i have to pay postage 2 times?Don't make sense to me!
