Really good produce range, with friendly and knowledgeable staff. My experience from talking about my requirements, to ordering and delivery was first class. I had an issue with 2 of my lights after installation, and the team dealt with my problem without any fuss at all. I’m really happy with my lights and my experience. I’d highly recommend.
Absolutely excellent customer service. Bought an outside light some time ago but I had lost my receipt/invoice. Having asked if they could help, they requested photos and immediately took up with their supplier who happened to be in Spain. Within 24 hours had a positive response and replacement provided within 48 hours. Very helpful and positive agent helped me with all of this. Could not ask for more and such a refreshing change. Highly recommended.

I rang and emailed them several times with detailed technical questions and had excellent and prompt responses. Prices are competitive and delivery was far better than expected. An excellent company.
