I bought some LED lighting seven years ago from Lighting Styles and one unit recently failed. Although years out of warranty, the company swiftly worked with the original manufacturer to source the correct replacement part and supplied to me at zero cost. I could not have asked for better customer service. Outstanding.
Lighting Styles have a good range of products and online service but I actively wanted to leave a review as their customer service is first class, I’ve dealt with them a few times now and bit the sales and post sales service was excellent and they went out of their way to help me with my questions and issues. Jack in particular was very responsive and very helpful. I would recommend them 200% and will be going back to them when I need something in the future.
I had an order for 5 large bumpy led bulbs which were quite expensive.After a few weeks, and only used on a handful of occasions one popped.Emailed LS, and a replacement was ordered with no quibbles.Puts a bit of faith back into customer service.Many thanks...
Excellent technical support with a lot of follow up communications via both phone and email especially from Jack. The replacement down lighters cover the existing holes in the ceilings and much brighter than the fittings that they replaced.
I wanted to replace my existing ceiling lights in the kitchen. I wasn't sure whether those sold by Lighting Styles would do the job.On enquiring by phone, I was very grateful when I was told that it would be in order to purchase one and it would be perfectly acceptable to return it if it didn't do the job. It was even suggested that to check properly, I could carefully add a13 amp plug and with an extension lead offer it to the ceiling when it was dark.Unfortunately it wasn't powerful enough and I sent it back, but forgetting to provide my credit card details. They rang back as soon as it was returned to ask me for my detailsExcellent reliable, trustworthy and knowledgeable staff.I will come certainly come back again.
