Ordered 2 glass shelves which arrived promptly and well packaged. However… as these things can happen, one of the shelves turned out to be shattered.A quick phone call to Barry and a few pics emailed and a new shelf was on its way to me!Fantastic service and faultless customer service too!
I placed an order with Lighting Styles Limited. They contacted me to check I had ordered the correct part. I had to add something to complete the order so I was impressed. It was promptly delivered. Their was later a problem with the product that was completely out of their control again they dealt with it efficiently and with good grace.
