These lamps give a lovely light, much nicer than most lads. I've had them before and was just as happy this time. Also, I received excellent customer service after I made an error with my address. The company solved the situation immediately and it was reassuring to be in communication with a real person who understood what was going on. Thank you.
Product arrived timely and well packaged. The lights are great but didn't work in our application. They are great for a personal/reading lamp but do not work to light up a bigger space (we purchased six of them but the throw is not large enough for a room.) The lights are elegant and well designed.The customer service was excellent. They were responsive and resolved the issues with return and refund immediately. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Lights of Sweden again.
I ordered the light by mistake in that I did not realize how it was attached to wall. I could not use it, although it is a beautiful light. Customer service (Emilia) could not have been more helpful in arranging for a refund. So impressed with the integrity of Lights of Sweden and if only I could have used light, I'm sure it would have been a excellent product.
