They sold me an enigine with the wrong oil pan and a different head then factory. Engine burned a quart of oil every 300 miles and it failed head gasket test at 900 miles after following their breakin procedure. They chose to stop responding to any communication. They will not stand by their product.
I had ordered a BMW motor from these Power Engines, It came within a week from NJ-UT. Came with a damaged valve cover but was able to receive a partial refund same day for a replacement, with the offer of a brand new valve cover in which was declined for the refund. Customer service was great, came ina timely manner. Only other issue was the Shop app didn’t update my shipping, but was able to get tracking thru the delivery company. Customer service was great.
I have a 2016 Hyundai veloster turbo. Just bought the car last year. The motor had went. So had the warranty from dealer which is good. I heard bout this company and sent them there name and purchased motor thru them. They said they gave 6 month guarantee on there motor. Well not even a month the motor goes. Cracked piston. Need mind you I followed there procedure for break in to a tee. And paper trail to prove. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They do not honor there warranty. Don’t answer the calls or emails and they have video proof that was sent to them. They on BS I depend on my vehicle just like next person. Now gotta come outta pocket cause they don’t wanna pay for there bad motor. I usually don’t leave reviews. I dislike business that does not honor what they say.
Was looking for a replacement engine for my Audi. The communication back and forth was second to none. The engine came packaged extremely well. Was 100% just like the photos shown on line. Still in the process of transferring all the accessories from the old engine. But so far everything seems to be top quality. I will follow up after we finish the install, but from this point it was worth every penny. I wish this had a way to add pictures so I could show you everything from opening the crate to how good it looks on the stand, perhaps they will add that in the future. If I need another engine for one of my other cars, I know where it will come from.
