We purchased the wall lamps(2 of them). Design and functionality are timeless together with the delivered Remote control with various functions. Return policy is working excellent in case of. In the website it would be nice when something is written about this issue “what to do - what about the return barcode label”
As soon as i had made and paid for an order, i realised the shipping address i had provided was wrong. I emailed immediately to try and correct my mistake and have emailed several times since. I also tried to call. Im not sure if this company exists, or is a SCAM as no replies and telephone number doesnt seem to work.
Really good and responsive customer service.The lamps are really easy to install, they look and feel great. I had a few questions and they were always answered quickly with a friendly and solution-minded approach.There are a lot of stores online and at the end of the day, what makes the difference in my opinion, is the quality of the customer service.
