I ordered just one of the wall lamps to make sure it was what I wanted. I put it above a bed for reading and it was perfect until the light started drooping and ended up just lighting the wall directly below. Maybe the magnet is too weak or the casing is too heavy? I’m disappointed because they’re perfect in every way and I love the remote.
I have ordered 2 lamps from this company many months. After i received the lamps they (lightsofsweden)have constantly spammed my inbox. I have reached out several times in e-mails and asked them to unsubscribe me from their list. They refer to link in the ad to unsubscribe - and i have of course tried that several times before i contact them, but there are NO link to unsubscribe. I am SO tired of this
Exceptional customer service support! The lights are beautiful and look amazing. Unfortunately, the magnet on one of our lights wouldn’t hold the light up. It was an absolute small fluke. Emilia in Customer Service was thorough and very helpful. Outside of one small magnet, the lights work beautifully and look sophisticated.
Although the concept is great, the lights don't come out far enough from the wall to properly light framed art. Don't buy it if that's your goal! I also was VERY disappointed that no refund was allowed because we were 2 weeks past the 30 day policy.
These small lights are a very attractive and easy to install addition to a home with hallways. They warm up the space when pointed downward and light the way subtly when pointed up. I purchased them to illuminate Japanese prints; however, the protruding arm of the light was not long enough to shed light on the entire print surface, so I will use them in the hallways instead.
