These lights are beautiful! Very simple, minimalistic and easy to install. The company has great customer service too, quick to respond. I would definitely buy from them again and recommend them.
I placed two orders on February 6. One contained the wrong color and shipping address, so I immediately contacted the company to cancel that specific order. I clearly identified which order needed to be canceled, and my message was acknowledged.Despite that, the wrong order was canceled and the incorrect one was shipped instead.Since then, communication has felt dismissive rather than solution-oriented. I was later told that the correct order had shipped. A shipping label was created on February 14, but more than a week later it still only shows “label created,” suggesting it has not actually left.As of now, I still do not have confirmation that the correct order has physically shipped or that this issue has been properly resolved.Very disappointing experience.
The lights were easy to install and the remote works very well. I found that they worked best as bedside lighting. Consequently, I requested a refund for 2 lights that did not work well as art lighting and was given a refund for those lights.
I thought the lights were beautifully designed and I was excited to get them. I would give 5stars for design and customer service. They didn’t work for my artwork, because the light projection doesn’t clear the frame, they seem perfect for reading and other uses. One of the ads shows it with artwork, which is why I lowered the rating. And I didn’t use it - so I can’t answer to how it wears over time. But customer service was efficient and amazing to work with. Looking for a reading lamp or light for hard to reach area, I would say it is worth a try.
I am so unhappy! Before I made my purchase, I read the installation directions and watched the video. They clearly state it only requires the provided stick-on tabs. Easy peasy. Not so! The two lights I received require screwing the base into my wall. I am not able to use them because I an able to put holes in my walls. My income isn’t much and this was a real splurge for me.
These wall lights are weaker than pictured. I ordered 4 lights and at least one of them failed to work after about 2 weeks. I requested a replacement and was certainly sent one in a timely manner, but I will not be ordering any more, and I don’t recommend them after all. It will be a hit or miss, and in the end it would be better to pay for a higher quality, and stronger illumination, wall lamp.
I just got an add for this on Instagram and I can tell you this is definitely just a dropshipping business trying to use Swedish design as bait. I own these very same lights but I got them off amazon without paying a premium for this marketing. They're just cheap Chinese products. They work, but they're not worth a premium price and they're not Swedish!
