Can’t give 0 stars hence the 1Wires not connected, bike not starting, screw and bolts missing and if they were put in not tightened up correctly never answers phone or gets back to you the list is endless,PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR BIKE HERE AS IT HAS EVERY CHANCE OF BREAKING OR CAUSING SERIOUS HARM TO YOU FROM SHODDY WORKMANSHIP!!!!!!
Ordered product from them more than a week ago and nothing. They took my money but didn’t give me any tracking information. I have emailed them, nothing. I messaged their Instagram and it shows that they read the messages but they didn’t answer. Is this even a real company???
⚠️DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY⚠️ Their work is absolutely shocking returned our custom harley davidson bagger unsafe to ride. Arrived to collect & its already loaded in their trailer, for us to drive home & then return said trailer, rammed upto the fence so we cant unload bike to get it out, unable for us to check over properly. Jobs not finished on it, 3 weeks later & were still finding faults. Got the bike home bolt's just come out in your hand, as well as missing & loose. No bolt in the off side bottom fork leg. Break line not tightened, fluid pissing out. Front rev sticking on & then just comes off in your hand. Electric stand not finished, just left with wires hanging down. Was told bring it back in a week!New paintwork scratched. Front fairing all loose, bolts not tightened. The list go's on & we are still trying to get back the remainder of our original parts we had changed. So glad my partner took my advice & didn't ride it home. His dream bike still sat in our garage while we fix what we have paid to be done, unable to ride, fuming is an understatement 😠😡🤬
Built a bike for me, within 10 days of handing it to me , it slowly fell apart, poor workmanship, cheaper than cheap parts used, leaks , endless excuses from them (the dude should be in Hollywood movies with the stories he comes out with, Tier 1 waffler!) …. Zero customer service ,they talk a great game, but build the worst quality bikes …. Do your selves a favour and go to a professional …. Don’t be fooled by the instagram photos…. You won’t get any help from them once it goes wrong ….. anyone business that asks for full payment upfront , tells you everything you need to know!
Delivered my part customised 2018 Harley Breakout to Jack at Limitless. received my bike back 6 weeks later and man does she look good 👌 23” front rim, air ride , ape hangers, custom made seat and fenders, and tons of little bits that Jack had done for free as he thought the bike needed it. Better than I could have imagined and people constantly asking about the custom work. Thanks Jack 🙏
Wanted to purchase a custom Harley Davidson XL1200 48. When I visited, the owner was extremely rude and didn't seem to have any good customer service talents. In any case once I'd see the bike I realised that their work was sub standard and so are the parts they use. Not only that but he's selling various parts at rip off prices such as tank decals for £95 which you can easily buy from ebay for around £8. I eventually found the bike of my dreams at a place called Crazy Catz Garage up in Yorkshire who I am extremely impressed with.
