Like everyone else. Avoid this place like the plague. Well overpriced bikes and the parts they use to modify the bikes you can get for half the price from a simple google search. Owner once he has your money could not care less about after sales.
Avoid this site at all. Dont buy here any product. The owner is so arrogant and unpolite with the clients. I paste here the answer he gave me after one week waiting for some information about my 500£ order: “ Yeah I have a 8month pregnant mrs so have been off with her. Anyway I can block you from my page now bye. Also the last messages you sent me about not replying was at 11pm at night that’s why I didn’t reply you dum b pric k.“He cancelled the order and block me from his page to avoid me writing coments about him. Anyway some friends told me that the quality of this products is quite low, so avoid this Limitless Customs products for your safety when you ride.Hope this review helps anyone doubting about making a purchase in this site. You have plenty of better options to get your HD high quality parts.Have a nice ride, dudes!
Awful experience - warning to all potential customers if you want a conversion kit dont come here. They had our brand new vehicle for over 8 months - even with COVID this was a joke. They even used our vehicle for running around as our App showed us. Had problem after problem with it which has taken all the pleasure out of owning it. Im now trying to get a full refund through my card provider as parts have rusted within 6 months, never got what I ordered, cheap parts, paint has cracked over the fibreglass mouldings and they have basically told us to get lost. Avoid like the plague!
