I reached out to the service on a Wednesday from Las Vegas, Nevada, intending to ship my vehicle to Chicago, Illinois. The car was picked up on Saturday, and I stayed in touch with the driver, who delivered outstanding customer support. As a very pleased customer, I plan to use this service again and fully recommend it to anyone looking for interstate vehicle shipping.
This service has made it abundantly clear that they have no intention of settling what they owe us. We operated as a carrier under a contract for a load amounting to $1,100, where $900 was our freight service fee (to be collected from the customer upon delivery) and $200 constituted the broker’s fee. The customer later shared their contract revealing a total of $900, indicating that the broker had already received their fee. According to that contract, the customer was only obligated to pay us $700. We attempted to address this matter with the support team, but they failed to provide any meaningful explanations. They assured us that a manager would reach out, but that never occurred. Subsequently, they blocked us on nearly all phone lines. This experience is precisely why we are sharing this review. We are still awaiting our $200, which reflects a lack of professionalism and is deeply disappointing.
